"Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things that you didn't do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover." Mark Twain

My Family, Friends and all we meet make up my adventures. Come look over our shoulder as we travel. I use Runkeeper to help you follow most of the travels either by Land, Sea or Air. Come join me on the adventure of life.

As you will here my stories on this page I will explain more so that you might consider sharing your stories with me or possibly other drivers.

MY Stories:

I was born in Hannibal, Mo on Mark Twain's Birthdate and as a young boy lived like a Tom Sawyer with a Huckelberry flare.

My family Had a business on the Mighty Mississippi River, Hafner Grocery,  delivering groceries to mom and pop stores and institutions way before the chain grocery stores.

My childhood remembered was the many timmes the mailman would bring me home in his three wheeled leather carriage after exploration a few blocks away.

We moved to what I assumed was the countryside at age 10. Started weeblows then Boy Scounts but still near the town as allways. However so close was a cattle sale barn, creeks, reed fights, and building treehouses not in a backyard but deep into the woods.

Bicycles were the best in transportation and way before any food delivery or APP's i was able to pickup food and brinng home.

As for rideshare, my Dad loved golf and was a responsible driver so he would call me, I would ride my bicycle to his car and drive him home safe and sound.
